Cloisters HOA will not permit ANY new rental properties effective 9/11/2023. Not until tenant occupancy drops below 20% will they allow any new leases on the property.

Do you enjoy having a/c on those 100+ degree days in the summer, or having heat when it gets to 30 in the winter? Well then DON’T LIVE HERE! Both our A/C and heat were broken. Maintenance took multiple days to even respond to the request even though these are emergent problems. There are roaches and other bugs everywhere that have been there since we moved in because the place was NOT cleaned when it was turned over with grime and crusted food all over the kitchen in the cabinets and drawers. I spent so much money on roach and bug traps. Not to mention if you work from home people are mowing the lawns and leaf blowing outside multiple times a week. They leave a note on your door at 12:59 pm to tell you that at 1pm your water will be shut off for 5 hours. Front doors don’t close or lock, and not to mention our mail door doesn’t secure properly and we have lost so much mail that was supposed to be delivered, including important documents. Seriously, look elsewhere!

I have owned condos at this location for 27 years. The area has become very nice in the past few years. There's a BMW dealership next door to this location. There's great restaurants cowboys stadium is only 10 minutes away. If you need a nice place to live that is cost-effective in a good location easy access to the freeway this is one I would suggest

The neighbors and management office that I've met have been really nice. Some reviews on here are misinformed air conditioning issue are the home owners responsibility because you own your condo and AC unit.

I have been an resident of the Cloister's for 22 years. It is an great place to live and meet other resident's. I am in the building next to the office, which were the model units when they were built in 1981. Even though the Cloister's are 30+ years old, management and the board of the Cloister's make good decisions on the up keep of all the unit buildings. With proper care, ex.., paint, roofs, and landscaping the Cloister's is still well maintained after over 30 years. For myself I enjoy the Cloister's for the people, and there are very few children living in the condos.I think that is due to schools not being too close, and especially for younger children, because they would have to walk some distance to school. There are many amenities that come with the Cloister"s, and yes the home owners dues are quite high, but it only makes the Cloister's an better place to live
